This Kanchipuram silk saree carries a mint green body brought alive with silver zari brocade. Floral nestling brocade motifs settle across the drape, while a contrast brown border frames the weave in floral detail. The pallu reads as a criss cross arrangement of floral buttas in brocade. Brocade is a continuous weft technique, where the zari is woven directly into the body rather than added after, giving the surface its raised, integrated finish.
